In the app store’s search bar, type PBB Mobile App and hit Search.

Look for the app published by: Philippine Business Bank.

Download the app
• On Android, tap the Download or Install button.
• On iOS, tap Get, then confirm with your Apple ID or Face ID.
How to Self-Register on the PBB Mobile App
Easily enroll in mobile banking and enjoy 24/7 access to your account—securely and conveniently. Just follow the steps below to complete your self-registration.
Step 1
Launch the PBB Mobile App
Ensure the app is downloaded and installed on your device, then tap the icon to open it.
Step 2
Tap “Self-Registration”
On the login screen, select the Self Registration option to begin.
Step 3
Choose your identification method
Select either your Account Number or Customer ID as your registration reference.
Step 4
Fill in Your Details
• Fill in the required fields such as your full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
• Ensure all details are accurate and match your bank records.
Step 5
Verify with OTP
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
Step 6
Set Your Login Credentials
Create your Username and Password. Use a strong password that's easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
Step 7
Add Extra Security
Choose a Secure Image and enter a personalized Security Phrase. This adds an extra layer of protection to your login.
Step 8
Complete Registration
Review all your information and tap Next to finalize. A confirmation message will appear once your registration is successful.
